Get detailed insights about your team and your projects with the new Reports feature for Premium users.
With this feature, you can find out how productive your teams is, how tasks are distributed among team members, how long it takes to complete a task and many more valuable information.
You can find the Reports for each project at their main tab menu.
The first thing you see is a performance graph which shows for the selected time period how many tasks have been completed or newly added. Next to the diagram you will find your project’s progress (in percentage) along with the average time needed to complete a task and the frequency you start working on tasks.
Below the graph you can find the top active project members, labels and workflow stages. The activity is based on specific actions within the selected time frame.
Adding task labels allows you to further organise your tasks in various contexts. Every label has colour and can be accompanied by a title, which will provide all the information at a glance.
Labels is a great way to prioritise or divide tasks into different categories.
To add a label to a task, simply open the specific task and click the task’s actions “Labels”. Then select the colour you prefer.
By clicking on the pencil icon you can name the label. If you need to change the name click the pencil icon again.
Some comments are more important than others and need to be emphasised. In order to emphasise a comment in a task, you can now select from the comment’s options the “Pin to top” option.
By pinning a comment it automatically goes to the top of the comment list and it also gets highlighted!
If you need to transfer it back to its original position, you can unpin it from the options menu again.
Tasks in Archmule show all the important information, such as title, assignees, due date, and counters for comments and files. Now you can beautify them by adding images as covers.
To add a task cover, attach a file to the task and select the option “Make cover” on the preview image of the file. Alternatively, go to the task’s more options and click “Add cover” to upload a specific cover image. Any attached file that has a preview can be used as cover; an image, a document, a video or even an audio!
Task covers give insight at-a-glance and add personality to your projects. Try them!
A few days ago we introduced our brand new search feature, with fresh design, better results and the ability to search all of your data in Archmule! You can read more here.
But we didn’t stop there. We reduced the searching hassle by adding an autocomplete functionality so that you can find the most relevant results instantly.
Check it now by searching anything in Archmule! More exciting updates coming soon! Stay up to date by following our public project.
You can search for anything now: people, projects, tasks and even hub messages!
We have redesigned the search page to fit every aspect of your search query the best way possible!
Depending on what you search, you will first see the “All” search results page showing the most relevant results, in each section.
If you didn’t find what you were looking for at the “All” search results page you can navigate to people, projects, tasks and hub messages results individually and view every matched result in the corresponding section.

Custom Project covers
Every project has its own cover, which is auto generated when you create the project. Covers help you to identify each project easier, but also give a pleasant and familiar feeling. You can change the cover anytime from your project settings. Custom covers are available in public projects for free users. Now with Archmule Premium you can add your favourite cover also in private projects!

You can sync your tasks with your favourite calendar app, so you can automatically view any task with a due date to an external calendar application such as Google Calendar, iOS Calendar app or Outlook.
You can find this option next to your Project’s title. Select Sync to Calendar to see your unique protected iCal URL.
How to subscribe:
Each external calendar has its own way of setting up a subscription for services like Archmule.
As an example, we will describe step by step the way you can subscribe your Archmule calendars in Google Calendar.
Go to the project you want to sync;
Click on the arrow next to project title and choose Sync to Calendar. Then copy the URL;
Visit the page of your Google Calendar. You will now see on the right sidebar, next to ‘Other calendars’, an arrow;
Click on the arrow and choose Add by URL. Then paste the link from your clipboard to the empty field.
That’s it! You should now be able to see every task with a due date as an event in your Google calendar.
P.S. Some of these services do not update new changes as frequently as expected. It might take up to 24 hours.
